Does the 7gb storage space apply to all accounts, new or old? mine still says 700(somethingsomething) mb available diskspace, but the 100 mysql databases and 100 add-on domains already appeared.

That's a good question. The answer is that some users want to upgrade to unlimited plans and we pay for our services from the upgrades we list on the icfreeehosting forum.
